When does free shipping apply?
I just ordered a laptop battery for about $100 and was expecting free shipping since it was over the $79 minimum. But I was charged for shipping, not sure why.

@rays5108, thanks for your patience. This looks like a partner warehouse fulfillment issue - those can trigger different shipping rules than our main warehouse. Support has access to the order system and can see exactly what happened and get this fixed for you. If you reach out to them at iFixit.com/support, they'll be able to tell you exactly what caused you to be charged for shipping.
