@ahmadawick what an awesome guide! Every step is extensively addressed with nothing left to chance. After all, the repair guide was authored by the iFixit staff. They are the experts that actually work on those devices to create outstanding guides. I doubt that they like to create guides that waste time, money and effort. Yes, it is really that complex. After all, you will need to remove these components:
● BG sub
● Vibrator with cowling
● mmWave module
● Inner front camera
● Bottom speaker
● Logic board
● Base battery
just to get to it.
Compare that guide to the Google guide and see which one you prefer. What is your concern with this guide?

The Pixel 10 Pro Fold is one of the most complex consumer electronics you can repair. You have to remove seven major components just to access the inner screen because of how tightly everything integrates around the hinge and flexible OLED panel.
As technology advances, repair guides naturally get longer. That's not a flaw—that's the reality of modern devices. Some see 193 steps and think "this is too much," and while this phone and similar tech is cool, manufacturers are also banking on designs that make you think "maybe I'll just buy a new one."
This is why Right to Repair matters. These devices can be repaired, but only with accurate information. Every one of those 193 steps exists because it's necessary.
