How do I get a replacement phone

I've had this phone for a year now it's unlocked but it has been nothing but a nightmare since I've had it I can't type on it I have to use text to talk I am not completely stupid to electronics so I know how to go in there and fix it every way I could but I feel like paying $200 for this phone I should get a refund or at least get to pick a different phone because it's just been terrible
