Thank you for thinking about this. The instinct behind it is a good one, anything that lowers the barrier and gets more people contributing is exactly the kind of thing we love to see you thinking about.
After a good look we're not going to be able to move forward with it. It comes down to how the site is built: guides without steps end up creating a lot of extra cleanup work on the back end, so a title-only format would cause more headaches than it solves for us right now.
Please don't let this discourage you from bringing ideas forward. We really appreciate you thinking about how to make the Community better.

@ahmadawick, I'm afraid that doesn't count as a step. I can see your vision, but right now we're not able to approve these kinds of guides.
