When only Answers was live, we had the Users page as a link available the Answers page. After iFixit the Wiki came out, we moved the Users tab to the Contribute page.
The question is, where should the Users tab be? One or the other? Both? Or maybe there should be a completely different way to get to the Users page!
Make a suggestion, and vote up the best!
I vote for just /Contribute, mainly because Answers has way too many tabs and clutter currently. But I may have been the person who moved it originally, so I may have some bias. ;)
Since my ifixit bookmark is directed to the Answers page I would prefer to have the Users page there too...or both places.

I'm personally for putting the tab on both pages. Nothing wrong with more tabs right?
The only oddity is, because you can get to the Users page from both sides, what tab bar should the page have (the orange bar at the top of the page)?
Should it depend on where you come from? That's difficult to do and confusing also. I think the Contribute tab bar makes more sense on that page. But then if you come from Answers you'd be having the bar change on you, which is confusing as well.

We have two different sections "Answers" and "Contribute." Different sections have different tabs. Users used to be in the "Answers" section and we moved it to "Contribute". We can have a Users link in both the "Answers" and "Contribute" sections but when you are looking at the Users page, what tabs do you see? "Answers" tabs or "Contribute" tabs?

Contribute, I don't really mind though the tabs there, as I mean, badges should be with Users, so that shouldn't go away. But at least a link on Answers would be useful.
