Title string containing HTML special characters not parsed correctly

Dear iFixit IT Team,

One member of my fixers team started a guide recently with a title containing French accented characters. Please check this page:

https://fr.ifixit.com/Guide/Cr%C3%A9atio...

Apparently, those characters are transformed correctly into HTML specials, but not always parsed correctly by the CMS. Here is the result, that prints at the top left of the screen:
