Is there any plan to allow shipping to Bangladesh soon?

Hello,

I am from Dhaka, Bangladesh. I was wondering if there is any plan to allow purchases from Bangladesh anytime soon. Both my billing and shipping addresses are in Bangladesh.

If not, I was wondering how is this determined. Is this enabled based on user demand? Since, as far as I know, there isn't any legal issues that would prevent this.
