You sell on craigslist, not Amazon. Amazon will not pay you until the buyer is satisfied for a good period of time.
Amazon allows buyers to file claims they can win if they so much as complain about shipping time. I have had people buy items with free shipping on Wednesday, file claim on Saturday, have refund by Sunday, and item delivered on Monday.
You don't get to deal with in person expectations. If someone thought they were getting something else, at the coffee shop, you can laugh at them in person. Like if they thought it would be a retina, or they thought it would come with office, etc.
Dealing with this $@$* after the transaction has been done when they have the ability to yank the money right out of your bank account is just bad. Meet at coffee shop, exhibit laptop, receive cash, and be done!

It is absolutely possible. Go to amazon. Visit this page http://amzn.to/1T9X9PC and look at the right hand side half page lower. You will find a link that says: "Have one to sell? - 'Sell on Amazon'". Just follow it and list item. If you listed lesser than the competitor's price, it gonna sell pretty fast. Hope it helps.
