Would it be possible that you check the status of this user. His answers/comments got all marked as spam. They may not have been great ones but I don't think they deserve the SPAM treatment. Just my 2cents.
Missed this issue when I was running around yesterday, sorry. This was entirely the spam filter's fault. The posts had a few links in them, so the filter decided the user was a spammer and blocked all posts regardless of content. He also had multiple accounts from his IP address that were upvoting his answers =(
Our banning tools are a little finicky and we rely on our database in many cases, so we're not sure how to pass the power off to you guys just yet! We'll keep you posted, please continue to report what you see! We appreciate the boots on the ground so much!!

Why the need to hide ? And have that many accounts in the first place on one IP
Any well most tec millennials can host an ip now as for a old bird like me I really don't care about the rep thing here honesty is better

Doesn't it take 5 votes for a non-moderator to do that? I'm going to pull up that question from a month or so again abut moderator powers. We need a weekend ban hammer to stop them for two days at least till the kids get back. I spent 5-6 hours on the site today and mostly on issues caused by these guys. I would rather have been doing research on difficult questions or working in my garden or carving pumpkins or doing a guide on Furby repair.
Couldn't find the moderator powers discussion we had with @kaykay . I still feel a weekend two day ban hammer for moderators would allow us to get on with the real business of the site. Then on Monday the kids can review the ban and negate or extend if needed.
Or the iFixit staff can get in there and write code so that multiple IDs from the same ISP can't be created in one day, then used to disrupt the site.

I suspect we have someone that has set up at least five accounts to be able to do this.

@mayer I don't know.....does not look like it. Just checked in "Moderation" and the only voters for that show up as "Repair Pug" That is why I think it's iRobot Spam Filter ;-)
