Can I use the brand "ifixit" to open a service center!?

Welcome ifixit!

I would like to ask if I could use the brand "iFixit" to open a service center !?

The fact that I was in Uzbekistan, Tashkent going to open a large service center for repair phones and equipment with the help of IFixit tools.

And as a brand and as an advertising service would promote the brand iFixit that it tell the creators iFixit?

And tell me where I can buy tools for the service center?

I would like to understand whether it is possible to send to America to Uzbekistan set Repair Business Repair Business Toolkit. Just no delivery address a string of Uzbekistan.

No. We do everything that we can to support folks like you running repair shops, but we have to stop short of allowing you to use our name. We have a global trademark. We're actually legally required to enforce our own trademark, so if we let other people use it then we could be in danger of losing our own name.

Come up with something unique that reflects your values, the service you offer to your customers, and the uniqueness of Tashkent!

What would be really great is if there was a law that forced manufacturers to sell replacement parts, especially for stuff they don't make anymore.

That would be like me calling myself "Apple Service Center". Apple would sue me for copyright infringement .I would suggest you picking your own name . Maybe WeFixit or WeFix Phones.
