Hi Rex! Sorry about the run-ins with the spam bot, I've restored your content, but have closed the other posts to maintain the thread here. With regards to how to report: Here is a great place, we've got some really active sleuths, and admins check in frequently!
As far as the malicious linking goes, (assuming this is the guide you're referring to) I don't see any direct links to phoneusa or phonepartsusa, and Witrigs has generally been safe in the past. The item page link has never been changed from the Witrigs link. It's possible that Witrigs set up some kind of redirect? Or that phoneusa may have done something malicious to their site? So I don't think there's any action that we need to, or can, take at this moment. But we'll keep our eyes open for future trouble from Witrigs!
For reference the other questions' content is as follows:

Check the parts link. Seems fine to me.

the links are showing "witrigs" domain, but when I clicked the link the other day, it took me to a "partsusa.com" or "phonepartsusa.com" domain. I could not include the link because the meta-bot kept deleting my post when the link was in the body. I got this,
"Hi there,
Your recent Question was deleted because our pet robot thought it was spam. We're sorry for the inconvenience — he's still being trained. If you think your post was deleted by mistake, please let us know by replying to this email.
Our robot flags the following behaviors as spam:
Links to an external site with insufficient supporting text in the post. Links should not be a substitute for including information in the post itself. Providing a descriptive sentence or two in addition to your link is usually a good rule of thumb.
Repeated self-promotional posts that advertise your company, product, or website.

Not sure what is going on with the link now, but the "buy" link took me to the phonepartsusa domain and that's where my AV freaked out.
