How could I get a refund for iPhone 7 000Y screwdriver bit

I bought the 000Y screwdriver bit from iFixit.com and this is not the right screwdriver bit for removing the screws on iPhone 7, has anyone have the same problem?

After checking other sides, it should be .06mm.

How could I get a refund? I don't see anything on the work order.

Is the guide incorrect? If so please give a link so it can get fixed ;-)

I wrote the guide myself using the Y000 bits from our 64-bit kit. They fit pretty well but the grip was nothing close to the snugness of a Torx or Robertson bit. I've talked to some pro repair persons and a good number of them say our Y000 are as good as anything else they've used.

That being said, if a customer wants to return a tool that's their choice.

I couldn't remove the screws on the iPhone 7 using the screwdriver bit that they shipped to me, the tri-point screw on the iPhone 7 is metric size .06mm, even if "some pro repair persons" are using the 000Y screwdriver bit, that is not the right screw driver bit size. I have been replacing screens for iPhones since the release of the iPhone 3G.

I had a cheap Chinese screwdriver that worked pretty good, when I received the bit from iFixit I got rid of my older screwdriver thinking that the new bit was going to be better, I lost money today because I couldn't replace 4 iPhone 7. I have ordered a .06 mm tri-point screwdriver, I will post a comment once I get the tool.
