Question on relevant parts list iBook G4 HDD

Hello,

I looked at the ibook G4 12" 1,33GHz repair manual for the Hard Disk.

why is ifixit not listing the Samsung HM160HC and the Hitachi 7k100 HTS721010G9AT00?

Can anybody tell me how they compare to the WD3200BEVE?

They probably don't list them because they don't carry them. As to your second question I can only speak from my experience that WD drives are more reliable and problem free. YMMV
