I don't know who thought of it, or did it, but good job! Working the bar I frequently heard "don't expect a pat on the back, every time you do a good job" which I never repeated as a manager. The old phone system for calling ifixit was, sorry not sorry, terrible! Who's see voice that was, made them sound icky, and it got me nowhere. The new system is pleasant sounding. Unaggrivating. I talk to a person. I can't remember if I got to leave a message. Good job! Pat on the back! Thank you!
