Thanks for pointing this out. We recently added a 100 rep reward for translating a guide. This reward is not limited since it is a guide action. It seems unlikely that this user was able to properly translate so many guides so quickly, so we will look into it.

100 points for translating the whole guide. If multiple users contribute to the guide translation, the rep will be split up between them proportionally based on the number of guide revisions translated by each user.
