I ordered the wrong screen and my order has already been canceled but I haven't received a refund yet. How long does the refund take?

i would recommend you try contacting customer support of which there is a link to at the bottom left, i looked at the support articles for you and only found that shipping costs can't be refunded probably because shipping is handled by a different company.
