Lost Team join function

@evan - I just moving my self from the MasterTechs over to the GreyBeards team and encountered an interesting bug I could remove myself without any problems but I couldn't join up with the other team. The button in the top right was missing.

Someone from that team has to invite you. You should be able to join my team, because it's open, but GreyBeards is invite only. @oldturkey03

@@pccheese - Well almost... There are two types an open one and an invite one. You either join or post a request to join.

In someways its good to be young, in others being old has its advantages!

I can still pine at the young lassis that walk by. But, I enjoy the warmth of someone my own age ;-}

Hey Dan!

This is expected behavior. A member of Greybeards needs to invite you. I'd ask @mayer or @oldturkey03 to invite you.

It looks like the mailer at IFIXIT is stuck! Can you check it out as Mayer has sent me two invitations and neither is getting though.

Hey Dan, This may be related to the issue where you are not receiving our digest emails. Last time we looked at the issue, we determined your email provider was blocking all emails from our mailer. Can you look through your spam blacklist or contact earthlink to see about removing that spam rule? There's not a lot we can do from our end unfortunately :(

@evan I don't understand! ;-{ I have no filters set.

I'll contact Earthlink to see what they say.In the meantime, I'll change my email setting in my user account to an alternate account to see what happens.
