It looks like they are promoting their personal blog, based on their writing style. The blog is also linked to her account on the about page.

Nick, that really doesn't appear to be SPAM to me. She may only know about that one printer and the answer is valid.

My concern is that she posted a link to her blog in the comment. I'm sure she knows, but that link makes it spam.

It isn't bad enough that I'd suggest a ban - I just think she needs to be corrected on the rules.

It is a link directly to Epson support but does give a solution right there.

I looked through the post I linked here, and I don't see anything Epson Support related on her link. Maybe I'm missing it?

Outside of the link, I do agree her answer is valid. Most people don't bother with printers beyond basic problems (and some dump them even if the fix is easy or there's no fault and it was software) so it's better then nothing.

I second @mayer Mayer on this one. I think we can gently remind her of the rules, but her answer is definitely valid. We can keep an eye on this one. Thanks for bringing it to our attention @nick!

That's why I didn't feel it was worth banhammering her over it (even though she's done it more then once), but she probably just needs a reminder.

The answers are valid, however if you poke around the linked blog, it provides one phone number as the contact information for Kodak, HP, Lexmark, and a couple other manufacturers.

I'll keep the content but I'm going to blacklist the blog.

Yeah; I was concerned with the blog more then the content. The blogs she linked are questionable.
