While you can't buy the battery from iFixit because of the new regulations, you can at least try and find it locally with the APN: 020-7652-A. Apple intends that the battery is replaced with the palmrest, so finding a battery will be difficult. You may need to concede and buy the palmrest assembly, depending on how soon you need it.
As far as the guide goes automatic translation is offered, but it's probably going to be limited. In this case I'd suggest running the iFixit guide (https://www.ifixit.com/Guide/MacBook+Pro...) though a translator so you can understand it. It won't be perfect but you'll have an idea of what to do.
