Unable to Upload Media via URL

I am having a problem trying to upload PDFs or any media straight from a URL

For example, when trying to upload mediate from https://docs.sony.com/release//DSC-H300_...

I get the error for URL is "add-document uploading https://www.ifixit.com/device/Edit/Sony%...
