Why my screen is color wasted with greenish color

I have replaced my iPhone 7 screen with ifixit provided screen and the colors are wasted and not like the original colors.

How can I recalibrate the screen colors again ?

You should contact iFixit support. We are just volunteers helping people fix their stuff. I believe screen calibration is outside the scope of what we can do :>).
