"Smart Pen" needs to be added to your device list.

How do I add a device like mine to your list? I can’t post my question (below) because there’s no device like it listed. It’s a “smart pen.” It records sound and can replay specific parts of a lecture when tapped on a sheet of notes. (Or that’s what it used to do before the battery died.)

The question I’d like to post on iFixit: After a few years of disuse my pulse pen won’t charge. Livescribe says the battery is not replaceable. Has anybody tried to do it?

Not sure if this is the same pen as yours but perhaps this link may be of interest.

As to how to post your question.

You can always select “miscellaneous electronics” as the device if it isn’t listed or alternatively type your particular device make and model in the device search area and select it as the device. See the images below to see what I mean.
