We redesigned the home page

We’re ramping up the amount of writing that we do, so we’ve redesigned the homepage to put these posts front and center. We have a lot of great things planned for our brand-spanking-new News section.

At the same time, we’re retiring ifixit.org. We’ve relocated all of the pages from ifixit.org onto iFixit.com. If you haven’t seen them lately, they’re packed with great information.

We’re planning on aggressively highlighting the work all of you are doing more, and regularly featuring community guides on the homepage. If you find really great guides you think the world should know about, suggest them to us here! And if there’s some common misconception or popular problem that you’d like to see us take a deeper dive into, we’re all ears.
