How do I claim warranty of my product?

Hello.

Could anyone please explain me how can I claim my warranty?

I mean, if one of the parts of my Pro Tech Toolkit is broken or damaged, do I have to send the whole Toolkit or just that specific damaged item?

Thank you

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

Hi there!

You can find specific information on warranties here. To make a warranty claim, contact our Customer Support team, and they’ll be happy to help you out.

First, when you buy the product, register for the warrantee is best. If you buy something as a kit, the full kit is covered by the warrantee. How did it break if you are honest with yourself? Was it a defect or your fault? The company will make that decision. Do you want to send the entire kit in and pay for shipping there and back? If your receipt shows that you bought a kit, you cannot say you bought a single item as the receipt must go in for your claim.

If it was a Craftsman tool kit and only one tool broke, you can exchange the single tool with no receipt, if they have it on the shelf and its the same exact item, no free upgrades or next higher priced item. Good Luck.
