Lower horizontal cable doesnt fit (half smaller than original).
home buttons is black!?
i have iphone 6s and the kit is for iphone 6s

I am not quite sure what you have done here. For starters you should have ordered a black screen. Second you have two home button flex connectors coming from your screen, you should only have one.
Did you transfer the front camera assembly over from the other screen? [invalid guide link]

The photo above shows me that I see a iPhone 6 back metal plate installed onto the replacement iPhone 6s screen.
This is most likely the case of OP ordering a white iPhone 6s screen for a black iPhone 6.
