How much should iPhone 7 charge in 2020?
Hello! help me please! bought an iPhone 7, it holds 3-4 hours of screen time. If you use messengers, etc. Is this the norm?

The 7 is 4 generations out of date and 5 years old, so most of them are running on worn batteries and useless water resistance that’s no longer effective - 3-4 hours is kind of low but I’m also not surprised since the phone is so old. It’s time for a new battery if you’re still happy with the phone. I would expect ~12-14 hours of heavy use even on an old phone like that; 3-4 is a laptop and that’s too far gone.
Do you have the 7 OR 7 Plus? I’m migrating this to Answers, so this needs to be known so it can be added or you need to do it and I will need to finalize this answer. Refer to this guide to change the battery.

iPhone 7 black 32gb. bought in an official store a month ago. battery life fell by 3%. I don’t know if this is normal. thank you very much!
Official as in Apple? OR through a carrier as a refurb? DO NOT change anything yet until it's safe to do so.
I'd seriously look at taking it back if you're under the policy when this happens, especially if it's out of warranty. If it has a warranty from Apple, use it.
