FYI you can also “moderate” a question or comment so that it appears in the Answers Moderation page for it to be removed if it gets enough votes by others who vote the same way.

Anyone with over 100 reputation can flag problematic comments and posts.

Click on the Options > Moderate link in the offending Question or Answer or Actions in a comment (hover cursor in comment for options to appear) and select the option that you think suits the situation

By doing this it allows the moderators to “see” it in the Moderation page (I for one check the Moderation page when I’m logged in) and remove it if it is particularly offensive or just plain spam and also check if there has been a lot of similar posts by the same user in different questions which may mean them being banned

Also if you post the offending User ID (click on the user’s avatar (or name) to get to the user’s Reputation page and then copy the URL and post that as an answer in the Meta Spam Folder for that month for the admin to see (as you have done but you don’t have to supply an image only the link) so they can handle it if the moderators aren’t around at the particular time
