Know of a good repair tracker app?

There was once an app called Part Tracker that allowed you to easily take and annotate repair photos in various useful ways. The author discontinued the app when Apple started requiring paid developer accounts to post apps on the App Store, so it’s no longer around.

Does anyone know of a good app to use when doing repairs, to help you keep track of what goes where in what order, etc.?
