Thoughts/Feedback on the Mako toolkit
Hi iFixit folks. I recently bought the Mako toolkit through Amazon, and last night I had a chance to use it on my Macbook. The toolkit feels very nice, the driver feels hefty, and study, and I like the foam you use for easy removal and replacement of bits.
The only thing I don’t like about it is that carving the bit type, and size right into the foam without some kind of paint/dye/coloring make its extremely difficult to read, and discern which bit is which. I had to pull up a diagram from the sales page on your site to look at the diagram to find the pentalobe, and torx bits I needed.
Is this a worthwhile discussion?
