Are you aware your website corrupts address entry for UK?

Anyway…

It messed up my address.

I tried to fix it again. Kept defaulting about putting Alberta as a Province - even though I had selected UK.

Had to delete and re-add.

My Fedex delivery ended up without a street and house number so it couldn’t be delivered.

Thought it odd my shipment was 4hrs late.

Have just.spent 20 min on phone to Fedex to sort out.

Will deliver either this evening if possible. But more likely tomorrow now.

Some 18 hours on from expected delivery - and Fedex have still not delivered :-(

It has sat in a depot for more than 24 hrs. I spoke to Fedex yesterday at around 2pm UK time and gave them the street/house number.

I am speaking to them today at 5pm. No attempt on the part of Fedex to redeliver.

What an abomination Fedex are as a courier.

Had 3 attempts to get thru - asking to speak to a manager - and was disconnected/put on hold for ages and ages. 30 minutes of calls and getting nowhere again. I would recommend you guys look into UPS or DHL instead.

Evidently when it was attempted to be redelivered today... Fedex never updated my package with the information I relayed by phone yesterday. Chaitrali of Fedex India is trying to sort this for me. She can see all this in the case notes! Have been waiting in silence for about 10 minutes again on this third call ATM :-(

What a joke. The 3rd call disconnected after about 15 minutes. I made sure she had my telephone number at the outset, so if we got cut off someone could call me back.

Any chance someone from your end can chase this up and light a fire under someone at Fedex?!

I have since initiated a 4th call from my end and been told to email uk@fedex.com

Why they didn't do that at the outset? I hate being put on hold. Really poor customer advice/and policies to follow. All agents should offer that at the outset of a call.

Arrghh..... Automated response.. We will respond to your email within 24 hours. Why when I asked to speak to the depot manager where the parcel has sat all day, do Fedex not have a number and name the agent can relay? It all sucks so much. I wanted it tonight. They are not honouring the commitment they made to me yesterday on the telephone (possibly yesterday evening or definitely today).

You should definitely claim for compensation and relay that to me for diabolic level of service I have been provided by this courier.
