Time for Some Time Off!

Hello Meta!

I just wanted to let you all know about some things happening in the US that might cause some delays in our otherwise pretty quick response time here on Meta.

The first is that this upcoming Monday is a national holiday for us, so many people will be out of the office on Monday, Friday, or both. In addition to that, I’ll be on vacation starting tomorrow through the end of next week. I’ll be back on Monday the 13th.

While I’m gone, @kristen and @jogihara will be keeping an eye on the Meta queue. As they are both busy folks, they’ll be answering any time sensitive questions. General questions and comments will be sent to me to work on when I get back on the 13th, so please be patient.

The Spam Folder will be kept up to date by @sarahw.

Thank you to these three for helping me while I’m out!

iFixit is on the West coast which is struggling with drought and forest fires!

Here on the East coast we are over saturated with rain! And to add to it Ida dumped even more! New York was hit very hard!

But the real tragedy is the South coast which got it bad! This time the flooding wasn't as bad, instead it was the winds!

So what other calamity will we face before the end of the year?
