Best way to update CompTIA cert on profile?

I keep my CompTIA cert on my iFixit profile for marketing and skills verification. I followed my usual pattern and renewed it, and have a new cert to post on my profile.

However, I kept the old one up even though it expires in 91 days. Normally I remove the old one, but would it be better to leave the old one up until it expires, or just remove it now?

Hi @nick!

If the new one is valid now, I’d just replace it. The only reason I’d keep the old one (that expires in 91 days) up is if it fills a gap. Either way, it’s up to you, this is just my opinion. :)

When you renew it technically the file also gets replaced on the certmetrics site. I've gone through that process already and it's renewed.

Technically the old one is still valid too.
