A spam guide was created by this user - they modified this guide which I think needs to be removed but I can't do it.
I deleted the edit by the 1st user above but it looks like they're coming again as this new user has just modified it again so I denied it in Patrol
With the weekend coming on I banned both users before they became more prolific.

I successfully found the spare part this user is looking at, so I responded to him with a link pointing to a spare part on an external site as iFixit doesn't sell a compatible spare part.
If the iFixit team agree, I can add external links and reference some spare parts to the corresponding repair guide when I respond to users with a link to unreferenced spare parts on iFixit tutorial using the "Spare part" functionnality of iFixit, like I did, right there for another device :

- highlight this very useful feature (the spare part feature of iFixit)
- respond to users using a link to the spare part page of iFixit instead of posting direct links to external sites.

There is something strange going on with those two: 1383005 and 4338501
I am 100% sure, that both questions have been asked by user 4338501 and duplicate questions have been merged.
Now it shows as if they are 2 different users ... i am bedazzled ...

even it is July already, here another one: Brake Fluid Change: A Comprehensive Guide - 2008-2010 Audi A3 Sportback - iFixit
As the guide itself is a good one indeed, i only deleted the link to the external promotional website. Perhaps it would be better placed at a general car page instead of the Audi A3 Sportback page. What do you think?

I'll leave their account active to see what else they do. Maybe they were just confused (it happens), but the question will remain deleted.
