Dublicate categories - request for Delete

Hi,

i found two categories wich seem to describe the same device:

https://www.ifixit.com/Device/Xiaomi_ROB... (specific)
https://www.ifixit.com/Device/Xiaomi_ROB... (non specific)

Can someone with enough rep delete:
https://www.ifixit.com/Device/Xiaomi_ROB...

Also i wondered why the rep-restriction is not mentioned in the matching guide:
https://about.ifixit.com/Guide/Wie+man+e...
