I was sent a Pixel 7 pro screen instead of a 6 Pro Screen

I don't even think it is iFixit's fault because it was in bubble wrap labeled "genuine pixel 6 pro screen" so the mistake was probably Google's, but no one is answering my emails or Facebook messages. There is no phone number to call. The old screen was working but cracked, but after removal is totally broken. They look very similar that I didn't notice until the mechanical tabs didn't line up. Then I noticed other parts were slightly different than the old screen. It's Friday, and I don't have a working phone or any idea on how to exchange this incorrect screen for a new one.

I just tried to install a screen I ordered for my Pixel 6 Pro today and hit exactly the same issue. The screen was packaged as a "Pixel 6 Pro Genuine Part", and it looks almost exactly the same until you notice the alignment pegs are shifted around and it would never actually work. It didn't occur to me that it was a pixel 7 screen until I saw your post.

Thank you! I'm not crazy after all!

Did you get any reply? I still haven't gotten a response much less an RMA.

I haven't. I sent something to support@, but so far nothing in return. Today was President's Day, however, so it's possible the support account wasn't being watched(?). I'm really hoping they come through tomorrow.

I've found them to be quite responsive when you email them at support@ifixit.com.

But yeah, seems like Google has issues with their parts department; I've seen way more problems with them than I have with any other supplier.

Yeah, iFixit’s support and customer service is top-notch. I had a pair of tweezers snap, and they sent me a new pair within a week.

I emailed them last Thursday about this, and sent a FB message. No answer to either of them. I've never had a problem with this company.
