i want to say this site is awesome, saved me a ton of money and grief. tore down iphone that got submerged in gastric juice. followed guides replaced bat, soaked logic board, cleaned all connectors, and the iphone is working like a champ. thank you all for your contributions scott

I would like to second this! I have used your site on many different occasions to repair 2 laptops, add memory, repair a submerged iPod, and get general information about my many technological issues, and again and again this site just comes through. (I even encouraged someone I know to apply for one of your open positions :) Sometimes I come just to browse the Q&As. I have referred so many people here, I can't even count. You beautifully maintain the classic "Mac" spirit of open sourcing, and community support.
My gratitude is deep and heart-felt. And how do I most show that support? When I need parts, I get them from you ;)
