Are the following, students who are posting in the forum as an exercise?
They've started this guide so I'm not sure what they're up to as to why they're posting/answering/accepting on the forum.

@jayeff, it's possible they are a little lost. Let me connect with our EDU department to see what's going on.
@jayeff, The student wasn’t aware of how the Forum works, and the EDU team will be reaching out to them. In the meantime, we’ll leave it as is until they take care of it.
If you come across other students doing this or anything that seems off, feel free to post about it here. Many of them are still getting familiar with how our Community works, so posting here will give us a chance to get them on the right path.

@vauweh, I don't think this is a spammer. They are pretty involved in the 3d printing space. Can you link to what specifically is spammy? (maybe I missed it).

@krisrodriguez There's a whole group of people, all from Nov. 5, 2016, who keep referring to the same/similar pages and upvoting each other. I think its the same person. Here are some of them: 1779300, 1779282, 1779264, ...

@krisrodriguez looks like these https://www.ifixit.com/User/Activity/444... https://ru.ifixit.com/User/About/4428939 are intermittent spammers. I think it's time to make them disappear :-)

@jayeff, I went ahead and banned the account for now. I agree it looks like spam, but there’s a chance they didn’t realize it’s against the rules. I’ve left their contributions on the activity page for the time being. If they reach out about the ban and seem genuinely interested in contributing to the Community, we can reassess. If we don’t hear from them within 30 days, I’ll remove all content and reputation. What do you think?
