New Mod! Welcome koppie007!

We’re excited to share that @koppie007 (Danny) has joined our moderator team!

If you’ve spent time on Answers, you’ve probably already run into one of Danny’s thoughtful responses. He’s been around since 2013, and with nearly 30,000 reputation points and over 1,100 accepted solutions, he’s quietly become one of the most helpful voices in the community.

Hi everyone!

I’ll introduce my self here, so that you know who I’am :)!

My name is Danny. I’m 32 years old and my bday is on August 16th!

I live in the Netherlands right now. I work as a IT Engineer.

So, now a little story about me

When I was 13, I was building my own custom (single core) desktop because I wanted to know “how does it work?”. I learned a lot from my father, he teached me some things about this. From there, I actually never stopped doing this. Before I knew, I was fixing computers and laptops.

When I was getting older, I studied IT & Networking. Now still doing IT work, but also doing repairs (sorta 2nd job) for a friend who has his own company in game consoles! From the original NES, Playstation 1, Xbox Original to the newest PS5, Xbox Series X and Nintendo Switch. Also repairing Gameboys, PSP’s, you name it! So, everything related to any game console.

Doing IT work now for like 12-13 years or so. And started at 2019 with refurbishing game consoles for the company and their customers! So, a lot of micro soldering, this is really my thing! Still learning every day and now, I’am now teaching my dad about how to repair all kind of things! Always happy to help anyone with issues regarding any electronic device.
