Hello. I bought a refurbished Dell Xps 9520 and I want to replace the battery. Few weeks ago I replaced the cpu and gpu thermal paste and tool a picture of the battery.
I found the battery [product|IF328-023|here], on ifixit.com but when I check the compatibility It says: This does not fit Dell XPS 15 9520.
So, does it fit? Or not...

That is interesting because on the USA ifixit parts page it doesn't show it. It shows a different laptop make and model. (see image below)
I think that if that is the model number on the battery in your laptop then it should work. Perhaps it's a misprint on the ifixit site that you're on.
A search online for Dell XPS 15 9520 battery all the results show the same battery model number i.e. 69KF2
As I suggested, check the screw mounts on the original battery against the image to see if they line up

Where does it state on the page you linked that it is not compatible?
I can't find any mention of the model number you listed on the page and when using the Compatibility search box on the page to look for your model it just says no results, which usually means that it can't find it and not that it isn't compatible.
You can check if it physically fits by looking at the image of the battery on the page you linked and compare the position and number of screw mounts on the battery against what the battery in your laptop has.
