Posting of UPDATE enhancement

I was wondering is it possible to add to the == UPDATE== line the date. To something like this:

== UPDATE >> 6/20/15 ==

That way we can see more clearly whats been added when.

We just rolled this out. Any time you post an update to your own question / answer, it will autofill the date along with the update text.
