That guide is currently set to Private. I'm checking with the tech writer who was most recently editing it to see if that's intentional (closed for viewing during edits) or accidental.
UPDATE: Our tech writing team intentionally set that guide to private because users were not able to follow the procedure without damaging their devices. They are attempting to come up with a safer procedure but so far no luck without consistent damage. Sorry about that!
