suggestion - please add how to fix a MacBook Pro stuck trackpad.

Stuck trackpad seems to be common problem; Theres always bits of dust and grit getting stuck in there and then it gets to to the point where it is constantly stuck down (holding a click) making the trackpad almost impossible to use. ]]

I have seen a few other youtube viedeos about it but no one explains it better than iFixit!

I'm sure it becomes a common problem with a lot of the other macbooks too, my friend has exactly the same issue.

Thank you!!!

Pat

Hi Pat,

That's a great idea! I've passed that on to our tech writing team so that they're aware someone has been requesting that. They are VERY busy, though, so I can't make any promises about whether they'll be able to work on that sort of general technique guide. Do you have any interest in creating the guide yourself? Our repair guide database wouldn't be what it is without all the helpful members of our community who take the time to create guides themselves.

Patrick,

To help you out with the guide, there have been a lot of very good answers on solving this problem over the years. You might want to do a search for them when working on your guide.

I do however disagree that this is one of the more prevalent problems as I just don't see the question very often.
