Does RadioShack sell the new Pro Tech Toolkit?

I have been looking at the new Pro Tech Toolkit (With the 64-bit driver kit) for a little bit and I have been weighing my options of a 64-bit driver kit retrofit in the old one, compared to replacing the whole toolkit. I have decided I'm probably just going to get the new Pro Tech Toolkit rather then try and make the new driver kit fit in a toolkit that's likely not going to work. For reference, this is the one I am looking at.

I'm still open to the retrofit, but I have looked at my main reason for not wanting to replace the toolkit, and that is primarily related to the tech knife. I rarely use it, so I really won't miss it enough to worry, but not having it is not going to be a major enough loss to worry about it. However, it is handy to have available in the toolkit, which is why I wasn't sure about giving it up a while back. I figure I can live without it, thinking about it for a little bit.

I'm going to wait for the Chapter 11 dust to settle so I have a better idea for availability and then get it, so I know which stores are safe and which ones are not. I know I can buy it online, but iFixit's shipping is a little high for me. It's fine with me, but I'd prefer to get it locally and save the shipping. I did get the Classic version from RadioShack, so I have a good feeling I'll find the new one there as well.

Is Radio Shack going to sell the new Pro Tech Toolkit, or could that come to a close with this Chapter 11 situation? I'd prefer to know so I have a better idea if it will work out or I'm wasting my time.
