Thanks for the heads-up! I zapped the spammer. Some of these other comments are definitely a bit tangential, but removing them seems heavy-handed to me... I'd vote to leave them as-is, but if other votes prevail then that's okay too. Cheers!

I didn't expect them to be removed like the spam, but since they weren't exactly appropriate I threw them in and figured it was going to be something that should be agreed on my more then one person.
