You do have the ability to change your password when you visit your Profile and click the "Edit" button in the top-right corner. iFixit allows the option to save a credit or debit card onto your profile for quick purchasing, but this is not mandatory and does not apply by default. The user must manually add a Saved Card deliberately, using the "Edit" menu mentioned.
