If they aren't trying, they aren't getting paid.
In our neighborhood we have vans with pc repair phone numbers painted on them. They are annoying, an eye sore, and sometimes impede traffic. Unfortuntately, they are not breaking any laws.
Here, mediacom advertises their own internet on the cable we're already buying from them. They use up the open commercial blocks to advertise speeds slower than the ones we're paying for right now.

@captainsnowball Sometimes they advertise gigabit, sometimes they advertise speeds barely faster than DSL.
