Options --> Moderate --> Remove as Duplicate or Off Topic
We will all then vote to remove it.
No need to add your own spam to meta for this.

Patrick, we're trying to avoid posts like these. Meta shouldn't get clogged up with posts like these.
Between the reporting tools built into the website and our moderators, we already have a process in place to deal with these issues. Any additional posting or drawing attention to them is just spam.
Worst case scenario, you can @ mention a moderator (oldturkey03, danj, or mayer) on iFixit and they will be notified. They have the power to delete posts/comments and ban users, and are the gatekeepers of Answers. My strong recommendation is to not concern yourself with off-topic users or spam—that's the moderators' job.
Downvote their answers, use the built-in moderation voting tool, and move on.
