Battery received is not the correct battery for the phone. Has only one screw hole on the battery connector and the hole is on the wrong side !

Based on that model number (A1387 / EMC 2430 ), you actually own an iPhone 4s, not an iPhone 4. With that in mind, the batteries for the 4s and for the 4 are different, and they’re not cross-compatible.
