🎉 Celebrating 10 Years of VauWeh on iFixit!

Today, we’re celebrating a very special milestone: @vauweh has been part of iFixit for 10 years.

Over the past decade, Valentin has become one of the true pillars of our community. His thoughtful answers in the Forum, clear and reliable repair guides, and countless contributions behind the scenes have helped make iFixit what it is today.

But it’s not only about the work he has done — it’s about the spirit he brings to iFixit. Valentin embodies what our movement is all about: sharing knowledge, empowering others, and building a community where repair is possible, practical, and inspiring.

Without him, iFixit would not be the same. His dedication has left a lasting mark on our German-speaking community and on the global repair movement as a whole.

💙 As a small token of our gratitude, we’ve planted 10 trees in Valentin’s name in the iFixit Forest on Tree-Nation, one for each year of commitment, generosity, and passion.

Thank you, Valentin, for everything you’ve done — and for all the years still ahead.

Unbelievable, ten years! I am very happy about your congratulations and the ten trees. I would love to visit them ;-). But luckily, I only do what I enjoy doing. I love fixing things, I love helping people, I love reducing waste. The world is in disarray, let's all do something about it: Repair ist war on entropy!
