An account created on Meta with my SN and E-Mail?

I logged in to Meta this morning for the very first time and I was automatically logged in as "Majesty" which is my SN on "Answers". Now the profile had a pic of another person and had 100 reputation points, but had my E-Mail address from my MobileMe account. How can this have occured?

To save you a little effort, we automatically log you in to meta with the same information as on iFixit.com (same email, username, avatar, etc.) We start everyone on Meta at 100 right now so everyone can comment. (The plan is to eventually only give people 100 points on meta once they have earned 200 points on iFixit.)

The source of your confusion is a bug with the avatar import into Meta. Avatars are not showing up correctly right now, and people are getting the wrong avatar. We're working on it.

Oh ok, The avatar was some random person with sunglasses on so I though that someone created an account with my info. Thanks for the clarification.

You get 100 points for being so good lookin'. You probably had a different avatar because you hadn't uploaded one for meta. Notice I have a different avatar, reflecting the kinder sweeter me ;-)

I would have to say that-that avatar definitely does not fit your personality. LOL
